Social Media manager - volunteer position

You’re a nut for social media. You’re up-to-date on the latest articles about algorithms, and SEO, and can use these to increase the reach of GWG for more awareness for IBD and GWG.  

You’re passionate about connecting people through social media. Maybe you’ve managed other Pages before (if so, let us know which ones!), and the idea of helping to manage our growing “likes” doesn’t scare you, but excites you!

You’re well versed with IBD (most likely a patient), and are willing to share your knowledge with us. You know enough about Girls With Guts to support our mission and share our passion!

Twitter ManagEr - volunteer position

You love Twitter and want to share your love with us. You already use Twitter regularly and are probably tweeting out this volunteer position posting as we speak. You’re aware of Twitter strategies and can help educate us on how to make Twitter a better resource for GWG and our clients.

You’re passionate about connecting people through social media. You’re well versed with IBD (most likely a patient) and are willing to share your knowledge with our clients. You know enough about Girls With Guts to support our mission and share our passion!

Event Coordinator - board position

The Event Coordinator is an executive member of the Board of Directors for Girls With Guts (GWG). The Event Coordinator will anticipate project needs and discern work priorities for GWG events. The Event Coordinator should have a passion for special event management, provide outstanding communication to staff, vendors, and event attendees and volunteers, be an enthusiastic professional, and be capable of building strong and positive relationships with donors and partners.
